Give Your Preschooler A Head Start in School!

By building your child’s confidence in math early on, you are building their confidence in their ability to tackle future problems as well –at school, AND into their personal and professional lives.

The reason for this is that students who start early become more comfortable with math oriented activities.  As a result, they are able to develop an affinity for math, which allows them to more easily understand and analyze the increasingly complex problems later on at school and beyond.

As stated by mathematician Stanley Gudder, “The essence of mathematics is not to make simple things complicated, but to make complicated things simple.”

Unfortunately it can be all too real for our students, AND for our parents.  Studies have shown that those students who engage with math early on in fun and interesting ways are more likely to develop a positive attitude towards math, and not be so intimidated by the subject!

Kit is a meerkat! He loves math and enjoys sharing his knowledge with small groups of students. Each group is limited to five students, so that each student receives individualized attention and focus.
